Clean lashes are happy lashes; they last longer and are the best way to prevent premature fall-outs. That’s why we take the time to cleanse yours before every appointment. Your sensitive eyes are safe with us. We use hypoallergenic medical-grade adhesive that is made in the USA at an FDA-registered facility.

Classic being the most natural and Mega Volume the most obvious, with Hybrid + Volume being a perfect in-between. Check out our sets that we offer here

Classic

Consists of one synthetic lash to one natural lash. Covering 90% of the lashes, they can only be as full as the amount of natural lashes you have.

Hybrid

Is a mixed set of classic and volume lashes. Normally 50% classic and 50% volume. Hybrid gives the definition of classic with the added fullness of volume.

Volume

The second to the fullest set we offer, fans are created using 2-6 synthetic lashes to one natural. Creating a fluffy look with maximum fullness.

Mega Volume

The fullest and most dramatic set around! We use ultra light lashes to create a denser look. Still bonded 1:1 with 10-15 lashes per fan!

Natural

Individual lashes are applied to mimic the natural shape of your lashes with added length and volume.

Doll

Lashes are shorter at the inner corners, then super long across the rest of the lash line, creating full, glamorous lashes.

Open Eye

Make your eyes look larger, rounder and more open with extensions that come to a gentle peak above your pupil.

Cat

Extensions are shorter at the inner corners of the eyes and flare out at the outer corners, creating a cat eye.

Our Extension Type

Faux Mink

Faux mink eyelash extensions are the most popular lash extensions used at Beauty Rule. Much like their real fur counterparts, these synthetic lash extensions are also light, soft and extremely natural looking. Even though they have slightly more volume than real mink lash extensions the difference is not noticeable. Faux mink lash extensions are 100% hypoallergenic. Also ideal for those seeking a bolder look. Faux mink lash extensions never lose their curl.

Curl

Beauty Rule carries eyelash extensions with varying levels of curl from slight to extreme. Your lash stylist will assess your eyelashes and determine the type of curl that is right for you.

J curl

With the least amount of curl, these look the closest to human eyelashes. This curl is hardly noticeable from the front.

c curl

With slightly more curl, these lash extensions make eyes look wider, rounder and more open.

d curl

Our most extreme curl, these look best on those with a lot of natural curl, allowing the extension to sit properly on the natural lash.

L curl

This curl is for those with straight lashes that grow down or those with deep-set eyes. The curved part of this lash picks up the lashes growing downward, naturally opening up the eye.

L + curl

Are built with a dramatic harsh upward curl that is ideal for clients with hooded eyelids.

Thickness

Eyelash extensions are categorized by thickness, which are measured in millimeters. Choosing a thickness will affect the overall volume and are used in different styles to accomplish a desired result. We offer thin (.05mm + .07mm in width) for our volume sets, thick (.12mm + .15mm in width) for a more natural style, and super thick (.18 mm in width) for a more dramatic effect.

Length

Our eyelash extensions range in length from 6 to 15 millimeters. The proper length of extensions for each individual varies depending on the length of your natural eyelashes. The longer the natural lash, the longer the extension can be.

Color

Individual eyelash extensions come in a variety of colors. Stand out with brightly colored lashes, or go subtle with our traditional lashes. Brown eyelash extensions create a gentler, more natural look compared to black — especially for those with a fair complexion. Colored extensions are a fun way to add a little something different to your eyes and enhance eye color. Choose one color or mix a few with black extensions.

Prep + Post Treatment

How to prepare for your lash extension treatment.
• Avoid using any oil based products on or around your lashes for a week before your appointment, as it could hinder the efficacy of the adhesive.
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can cause your eyes to flutter and make extension application more difficult.
• We recommend arriving with minimal eye makeup. Your technician will cleanse your lashes before beginning. If you arrive with excessive eye makeup, you may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• If you are concerned about an allergic reaction, we can do a spot test of the adhesive on you a few days before applying the extensions. Please reach out to us for this accommodation.
• Do not get your lashes wet for at least the first 3 hours after application, up to 24 hours with sensitive adhesive.
• Oil-based facial + eye creams will dissolve the lash adhesive. Carefully avoid your lash line.
• Only use the formulated oil-free eye makeup remover we carry at Beauty Rule.
• Only use the formulated mascara at Beauty Rule for your classic set of lashes.
• Do not use any mascara on your volume or hybrid lashes.
• Proper hygiene is very important. Keep your lashes clean with regular washing.
• Remove makeup around your eye with a lint free cotton swab or sponge.
• Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler on your extensions.
• Be careful of excessive heat from the oven, stovetop or any flame, as this will straighten or singe your extensions.
• Be careful to avoid pulling your extensions or rubbing your eyes.
• Some shedding is normal, especially after your first full set, as any leftover oil residue from makeup or other products can affect the adhesive.
• Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed.
• To extend the life of your lashes, schedule touch-ups every 2-4 weeks. If you arrive to your fill with less than 25% of your original set of lashes left per eye, we will need to charge you for a full set.
• Please note that we guarantee our work for 3 days after your appointment. If you are not happy or experience any issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
• In the event of an allergic reaction to the adhesive, take allergy medication and contact us as soon as possible.

Lash Extension FAQs

Eyelash extensions lengthen your natural lashes and create fullness. A number of women with naturally light-colored lashes also choose extensions to darken their existing lashes. Lash extensions create the appearance of a brighter, more open and rested eye, thereby creating a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance. Another advantage of lash extensions is how much time you can save during your beauty regimen. With lash extensions, mascara is no longer necessary. The added benefit is that they look beautiful morning and night, all day, every day.
It is painless, gentle and relaxing. Many of our clients enjoy soft conversation or drift off to sleep. Whether it is your first visit or time for a lash fill, the procedure will always be the same, with each appointment taking between 45 to 120 minutes. You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed, we tape down your lower lashes, as synthetic lashes are applied to each natural lash using medical-grade adhesive.
The look can be maintained indefinitely with regular lash fills. When properly applied, eyelash extensions will remain in place until the natural lash on which it rests falls out or the adhesive bond weakens. Natural lashes grow in and fall out in cycles (every 60 to 90 days). Do not be alarmed — this is a perfectly normal occurrence, with or without extensions. It is normal to see a natural lash with its root attached to a lash extension when sheds. This does not mean you are losing your lashes prematurely or that the extensions are causing damage. Lash fills are necessary every two to five weeks in order to maintain your beautiful look.
No. In fact, lash extensions are kinder to your natural lashes because you don’t need to curl them or apply mascara, which can dry out or even break your eyelashes. Lash extensions look and feel completely real.
You will not need to adjust your normal routine and lifestyle — if anything extensions will make your life easier! For the first three hours, avoid using water, creams, sunscreen and oils around the eye area, as well as avoid swimming, sauna or spa treatments. Never pull or rub your lashes. Use a non-oily, water-based eye makeup remover formulated for lash extensions, such as this one available for purchase at Beauty Rule. Do not use an eyelash curler on your extensions, this will damage the extensions. (Besides, you don’t need one!) Do not use mascara on hybrid, volume, or mega volume lashes. Most importantly, keep your lash extensions clean so that dead skin cells, dirt, makeup and oil do not build up on your lash line.
One of the main advantages of eyelash extensions is that you really don’t need to wear mascara. However, if you prefer, a water-based mascara that is formulated for synthetic lashes may be used on classic sets only. (Beauty Rule carries all formulated products for your extensions.) If you choose to wear mascara, only apply mascara to the tips of your lash extensions.
