Payment Options

Beauty Rule accepts the following forms of payment: Cash • All major Debit + Credit Cards • Apple Pay • Venmo • Personal/Business Checks ($25 returned check fee if applicable)

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase on Vagaro

Please note that our gift cards cannot be used for services performed by Nurse Sanda, as she is an independent contractor. However, you'll find an abundance of other incredible services available for you to enjoy.

Appointment Booking

If you know what services you’d like to get, we invite you to easily book your appointment by finding us on the Vagaro App (or click the Book Appointment button on any one of our pages). If you need help deciding on services, or would prefer to book your appointment by phone, please call or text us (we love texts!) at (503) 966-3333. All bookings $75 or above require a credit card to hold the appointment. Please see our Cancellation and No Show Policy, below, for more information.

Online Booking/ Reservations

If you book your appointment online and pay ahead of time on Vagaro, you WILL NOT be refunded if you cancel your appointment. Refunds are not available for those utilizing the pay ahead online booking system. We will happily reschedule your appointment, but your credit card will not be refunded. All bookings $75 or above require a credit card to hold the appointment. All of the below cancellation policies are applicable. 

Arrival Times

If you’re a new client, and haven’t already filled out the client consent/profile forms please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you enough time to fill out the necessary paperwork before your Beauty Rule Aesthetician sees you. If you’re an existing client, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Please note that everyone is allotted a specific amount for their service (most services are 60-90 minutes). If you will be arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible, by text or call. Arriving late will cut into your scheduled service time, as we must complete your service by the designated end-time in order to accommodate the next client. 

Cancellation and “No Show” Policy

If you need to reschedule an existing appointment, Beauty Rule requires a phone call or text message at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a fee equal to the full price (100%) of the booked service. No-show or same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full price (100%) of the booked service. If you no-show to your appointment we will charge your credit card the full price (100%) of the booked service.

Refund/Return Policy

All of our services & gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our services, products, or gift certificates.

Consent Forms/Client Profile Forms

We require consent/profile forms to new + current clients for every service we offer. The forms are sent via email after the appointment is booked. If you are unable to fill them out online beforehand for any reason, please arrive 15 minutes early and notify us that you need to fill out the forms.
